When I was in school, I knew a few blind people who smoked. My question for anyone on the zone who is blind and who does smoke is how do you guys do it? How do you know which end to light and which end is the filter? Some members of my family who are sighted role their own, and I was just wondering how hard it is for a blind person to do it? I have no answer to your question, but I, too, wonder how this is done. I know of blind people who do it successfully. I don't smoke myself and have no desire to, but do wonder how it's done.
well the part you inhale is smooth, the other part you light is crummy feeling. you just light it up and inhale. not much to it
Get the electronic cigs. You don't have to worry about lighting those.

a proper light to a cigar is a bit trickier as you really want to toast / smolder it rather than get it to flame. But yeah a regular cigarette is easy to tell which end; so is a cigar for that matter since you got to cut or punch it ...
